Group or GSR Change Form
Please keep the Service Structure aware of any changes to your group. If your group has a new GSR or if it has changed meeting date, venue, or meeting type, please fill out this form and return at the next District meeting. Keeping the Service Structure aware of these changes helps ensure fellowship, unity, and continuity of the message of AA. It will also allow new GSRs to be added to the Virginia Area and GSO mailing lists.
